1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
3/4 Tsp. Ground Ginger
1 Clove Garlic (minced)
3 Tbsp. Honey
3 Tbsp. Oil (vegetable or corn)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put in a shallow dish. Add flank steak and coat both sides of the steak with marinade. Cover and let stand at room temperature for two hours. If you want to marinate the steak longer you can put the marinade into a plastic bag and then add the steak. Refrigerate over night. Make sure to turn the bag occasionally.
Grill or broil steak.
