2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
1/2 Cup Onion (chopped)
1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Lb. Hamburger
2 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Pint Sour Cream
1 Can Mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic powder. Stir in meat, flour, salt and pepper. Cook until meat is brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in mushrooms and undiluted soup. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice.
