2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
6 T. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine liquid ingredients and dry ingredients separately. Then mix together until smooth. Let batter sit 10 min. Cook on a preheated 325 greased griddle.

Bob is the husband of Emily (Hollenshead) McAdams and the son-in-law of the late Jack and Dorothy (Bellew) Hollenshead. This recipe came from a Texas truck stop. I use a 1/4 c. measuring cup for each pancake.
