1 pkg dry yeast
1 c. lukewarm water (not hot)
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 beaten egg
3 c. flour (or little more)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Place dissolved yeast in large bowl. Stir in sugar, salt, oil, and beaten egg. Work in 3 c. flour, kneading well. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator overnight or until dough doubles in bulk. Make into rolls. A little extra flour may be needed to shape rolls. Place on greased sheets. Let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake in medium oven.
