1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can chopped green chilies, drained
1 c. shredded cheese - I like the Mexican blend
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup Bisquick
dash of Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion and pour into pie plate. Top with green chilies and then cheese. Beat other ingredients until smooth and pour into pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

This one is another crowd pleaser. I have also used small tart plates to make individual casseroles. This is good served hot or at room temperature.
