Pork Chops Yellow Mustard Cream of Mushroom Soup Salt Pepper
Preheat oven to 350º. Wash pork chops & pat dry. Salt & pepper both sides. Place in casserole dish. Squirt mustard onto top of chops - just enough to barely halfway cover. Spoon cream of mushroom soup over chops (use more or less depending on how much gravy you want). Place casserole dish in oven for 30-45 minutes or until chops are done to your satisfaction. Serve with rice or egg noodles.
