1 boiled chicken, skin removed and chopped
1 c. broth saved from boiled chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. melted butter - this is the "Yum" part
1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream - the other "Yum" part
1 box Stove Top Stuffing©

Directions:
Place chopped chicken in a 9 X 11 inch baking dish. Mix soups and sour cream. Pour stuffing mix over chopped chicken then pour soup mixture, broth, and finally the butter over the top. Bake 1 hour at 350º until firm and golden brown.

This is a crowd pleaser for pot luck suppers. My family calls this one my "homage" to Paula Dean. The only thing left out is the cream cheese.
