Ingredients:  
1 tbsp. minced or grated fresh ginger - I usually grate mine
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lime
1 large mango, peeled and diced
1 small pineapple, peeled and diced - I use the ready to eat fresh pineapple from the store.
2 large Asian pears, peeled and diced or large regular pears
1 pint raspberries - or any fresh berry

Directions:

In a large bowl mix ginger with juices and toss lightly with fruit. Chill for 2 hours.

This is the basic recipe but the ginger/juice dressing can be used on any fruit. I change the fruits with the seasons.
