3/4 c. bacon grease
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. clover

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll cookie dough into balls, and then roll the dough balls in sugar, until thoroughly coated. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
