2 c. Sour Cream 1/2 c. Mayo 1 c. chopped shrimp 1 envelope of Lipton Vegetable Soup (dry mix)
Mix together and bake at 350º until bubbly -- stir once or twice while baking. When hot and bubbly, take out of oven and cover with Parmesan cheese. Put back into oven and continue baking until golden brown. Serve with Melba Toast.
