8 c. cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 c. onion, sliced
1 c. green pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cucumbers, onion, and green peppers together in a large bowl and soak in ice cold water for at least 1 hour. Drain water off. Add the salt, sugar, vinegar, and celery seed on top; do not stir. Put top on bowl to seal and refrigerate overnight. Stir and put into jars. Pickles will keep 4 - 5 months.
