3 1/2 qts. water
4 c. grits
2 lb. velveeta, cut up
1 1/2 T. salt
2/3 c. butter
2 T garlic
1 cup half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water. Stir in grits and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and stir until blended.
