1 Cup Half and Half
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Flour
1 Large Can Diced Green Chilies
1/2 Lb. Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 Lb. Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Can (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Beat half and half with eggs and flour until smooth. Reserve 1/2 cup of the cheese for topping. Alternate layers of cheese, chilies, and egg mixture in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Add tomato sauce and cheese to the top.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours (inset toothpick to see if done.)
