6 Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Jar Mushrooms (Jolly Green Giant)
1 Green Pepper (diced)
2 Tbsp. Onion (diced)
1 (16 oz.) Block Monterey Jack Cheese (don't use shredded cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bit size pieces. Cook in skillet until juices run clear. About 8 minutes. Add green pepper and onion to skillet just before chicken is done. Place chicken, green pepper and onion into a 9X9 baking dish.
Slice cheese into 1/4 inch thick slices and place over the entire top of the casserole. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
