1/2 large bag spinach
2 heads Romaine lettuce
1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbles
20 mushrooms, sliced
purple onion (remaining 3/4 of it)

Dressing:
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbls. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 tsp dried mustard

Directions:

Dressing:
Blend together in blender.

Salad:
Put in large bowl, toss and pour dressing over salad just before serving.
