1 1/2 to 2 Lbs. Fresh White Mushrooms
1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
3/4 to 1 Cup Golden Soft Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. If they are large cut them in half. Place washed mushrooms onto a large piece of heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with the garlic salt and pepper. Add the margarine. (don't melt the margarine first) Fold up foil tightly. You may want to use 2 pieces, as you do not want the margarine to leak out. Place on the grill over medium heat for approximatley 30 minutes. (depending on mushroom size) Shake foil every 10 minutes. You can vary the amounts of seasoning depending on your taste.
