2 Cups Cake Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
3/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 Tsp. Almond Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, measure and sift again with the salt. Cream butter and sugar together, add egg yolk and almond extract; mix well. Add flour and mix until blended. Put dough into a cookie press with the star disk and make any shape that you like. I make the cookie to look like a wreath. Put cookies onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 8-10- minutes.
