2 lb ground beef or turkey
2 packages (1 ounce) taco seasoning
2 jars (16 ounces) salsa - use mild
4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded Mexican flavored cheese
2 green onions (if desired)
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Oil dutch oven.

Brown meat in dutch oven or on camp stove.

Add taco mix and amount of water as directed on package. Stir in two cups of salsa.

Arrange one tortilla in bottom of dutch oven. Spoon some taco meat over the tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat to use all the tortillas, taco meat, and cheese. End on top with taco meat and cheese.

Bake 30 minutes.

Remove from heat. Serve and top with extra salsa, green onions, lettuce & sour cream as desired.
