50 medium fresh mushrooms, washed and twist out the stems
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Roll mushroom in melted butter and place on cookie sheet. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic together. Fill each mushroom with the mixture. Bake @ 350 or about 20 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
