2 large cans (28 oz.) Hunts Whole Tomatoes
4-5 fresh Serrano Chilies, chopped
1/2 bunch Cilantro, chopped lightly
1/2 white onion, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put only one can of tomatoes in the blender and add all other ingredients. Blend until well blended and cilantro becomes chopped. Pour into a big bowl and then blend other can of whole tomatoes in blender. Add these to the salsa and stir well. For best flavor, refrigerate for one to two hours before serving.

This can be made with fresh tomatoes (about 8) but it takes a lot of chopping and should not be made in the blender.
