Ingredients:
1 13 oz. can crushed pineapple, non-sweetened
1 large box Raspberry jello
3 bananas, mashed
1 12 oz. package frozen Red Raspberries (no sugar)
1/2 pint sour cream
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and add water to juice to make 2 cups. Heat to boiling and add jello. Stir until dissolved. Add berries and melt until thawed. Add 1/2 cup cold water if needed. Add 3 mashed bananas, 1 cup chopped walnuts and the drained pineapple. Stir well. Pour 1/2 of this mixture in a 9x13 dish and let set up in refrigerator until firm. (Set aside the pan with the remainder of ingredients with a lid on. Don't put in refrigerator. Just let it sit on the counter until you are ready for it.) When 1/2 of it is set up, spread the sour cream evenly over that. Then pour the remainder of the jello mixture on top. Let set up in refrigerator. Cover with plastic wrap.
