8 oz. cream cheese 1 can tomato soup 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped green onion 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 2-3 cans shrimp 1 package Knox gelatin and 1/4 cup cold water 1 cup mayonnaise
Dissolve cream cheese and soup over low heat. Dissolve 1 package Knox gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add to soup and cream mixture. Add vegetables and shrimp to mixture. Add mayonnaise. Pour into a 5 cup mold. Serve with crackers.
