9 cups Chex cereal (any variety)
1 bag (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
11/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside. In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal in bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon plastic food-storage bag; add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Range-Top Directions: Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside. In 1-quart saucepan, heat chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Continue as directed above.

Reduced-Fat Recipe:
Decrease chocolate chips to 3/4 cup; omit butter and vanilla.
