3-4 Sweet potatoes (peeled and sliced like cottage fries) olive oil nutmeg salt & pepper
Peel sweet potatoes and slice like fries. Microwave for about 3 minutes to soften to make easier to cut. Place Sweet potatoes fries in a ziploc bag and add olive oil & shake to cover fries. Remove from bag and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with Salt, pepper to taste and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg Bake 45 mins at 375º
