Salad:
2 bags coleslaw
2 small bunches green onions diced
8 tbsp. sunflower kernels
8 tbsp.sliced almonds
2 pkg. Ramen noodles

Dressing:
2 Ramen noodle season packets
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute almonds and sunflower kernels on stove for approximately 5-7 minutes. Set aside to cool. Prepare dressing and set aside. Combine coleslaw bags, onions, and nuts in a large bowl. Add dressing to salad and toss. Refrigerate to cool. Right before serving, crunch Ramen noodles and add to salad. Toss again to mix.

This recipe prepares a lot of salad like if you're having a party. I like to cut in half when just serving for dinner and will have a few leftovers. Note: if you want to have leftovers I suggest not mixing in the noodles. Serve them in a bowl next to the salad. The noodles will be mushy in your leftovers.
