1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2-2.5 c. blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Grease muffin pan. Preheat oven to 375* F. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add alternately to creamed mixture with milk and vanilla.
Add berries to batter, spoon into muffin pan. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes.
