1 lemon and 1 pineapple cake mix (or yellow mix with lemon and pineapple juice)

FILLING:
5 T flour
5 T sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
dash salt

FROSTING:
2 cups milk
1 pkg Dream Whip
1 large pkg instant pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cupcakes according to package directions.

FILLING:
Measure flour and sugar into heavy pan. Add milk and mix well until lumps are gone. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Cool in fridge. Add remaining ingredients and beat 5 minutes. Fill cupcakes with a pastry bag and medium tip until top begins to mound.

FROSTING:
Beat 5-6 minutes.
