2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup milk
3 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

2 cups powdered sugar
3 T milk
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup shortening
dash salt

2 cups powdered sugar
2-4 T milk
3 T butter
2 T cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix sugar, oil and eggs. In separate bowl, mix hot water and cocoa together. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to sugar mixture. Add vanilla and hot water mixture. Batter will be thin. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
Beat until light and fluffy. Fill cupcakes. *
Beat well.

*How to fill:
Use pastry bag with medium tip. Bury tip about 1/4-1/2 inch into cake. Squeeze bag till cupcake just begins to mound on top.
