1 (sm.) onion
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. marjoram
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz. Velveeta, grated
3/4 (16-oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (sm.) package of spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in a little olive oil. Brown meat and drain well. Add spices to onion and meat. Add spaghetti sauce (use the entire jar for a more tomato-y flavor) and Mozzarella cheese. Cook spaghetti and combine with meat sauce. Top with grated Velveeta. Can be frozen without the Velveeta.
