2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
vanilla wafers
3 eggs, extra lg. & fresh
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8-oz.) carton sour cream
fruit pie filling, any flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla for 10 min. Mix in sour cream for 2 min. Prepare 24-25 foil-lined muffin cups, put vanilla wafers on bottom. Bake 20 min. at 350. Take out and add fruit or crumb topping. Bake 10 more minutes.
