Ingredients:
2 Cups Self Raising Flour
300ml Lemonade (room temperature)
300ml thickened cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 215 Degree Celsius (205 Degree Celsius for fan forced ovens).

Sift flour into a large bowl. Mix cream and lemonade in medium bowl. Add lemonade and cream mixture to flour and gently fold ingredients until just combined. (Do not over mix the dough as this will produce tough scones). The dough should be fairly soft and sticky.

Place dough onto a lightly floured bread board and roll out to 3-5cm thickness. Cut using a 5cm floured cutter or glass cup.

Place scones close together, so they are just touching, on a lightly greased tray. Bake for 10-12mins or until they are golden brown.

Serve with fresh cream and strawberry jam.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Scones should be eaten whilst warm, as they do not keep well.
