4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(already cooked)
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers
1 T. Poppy Seed
2 T. Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Chicken (broken up in little pieces)
with soup and sour cream.
In another bowl, melt butter and mix with poppy seed. Crunch up the Ritz crackers and mix in with the butter and Poppy Seed.
In casserole dish, pour the chicken mixture and then add the Poppy Seed mixture on top. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
Serve over rice.
