1 lb. tenderized round steak
1 T. Tone's fajitas seasoning with meat tenderizer
1/3 c. lime juice or lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic salt with parsley
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper or lemon pepper
1 onion sliced in rings
1 green pepper sliced in rings
1 pkg. 10 in flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Trim any excess fat from steak. Dredge with fajita seasoning; pound in with meat mallet on both sides of steak. Cut into 1 in. thick strips about 3 inches long; set aside.
To prepare marinade combine juice, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Place meat strips and marinade in zip lock plastic bag.marinate. Refrigerate up to 48 hours. Drain off and discard any remaining marinade. Fry onions and green peppers in olive oil until soft. Add beef strips and fry over med. heat until done or can broil at med. high for 2-3 mins. Serve in warmed tortillas with fried onion and green peppers. Garnish with sour cream.
