Ingredients:
1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
2 c. cold milk
1 1/4 c. water
2 pkg. (4-servings each) Instant Lemon Pudding mix
1/3 c. granulated sugar
powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
raspberries, for topping (optional)
whipped topping or vanilla ice cream, for topping (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Prepare cake batter as directed on box. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan, but do not bake yet.
Pour milk and water into a large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes and granulated sugar. Beat with wire whisk about 2 minutes, or until well blended. Pour over cake batter in pan. Place pan on baking sheet to catch drips as mixture does bubble.

Bake 55-60 minutes or until cake appears baked in the center. Cool in pan 20 minutes. Pudding mixture will thicken as it cools. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Spoon into serving dishes. Serve warm with desired toppings: whipped topping, ice cream, raspberries.
