1 Cup Butterscotch Chips
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
2 Eggs
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups all-purpose Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Cups Chocolate Chips
2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butterscotch chips and butter: cool for 10 minutes. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar and vanilla. Add butterscotch mixture; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to batter and mix well. Stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips. Spread into a greased 9X13 baking dish.
Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes or until brownies test done with a toothpick. Cool before cutting.
