2 cups mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
2 eggs beaten
12 Tbs. melted margarine
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
Topping; (if desired)
3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Alternate topping: Marshmallows, browned

Directions:
Directions:
COMBINE; sweet potatoes, eggs, 6 tablespoons margarine, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar in bowl; mix well. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
MIX; cornflakes, pecans, brown sugar and remaining 6 tablespoons melted margarine in a bowl. Spread over sweet potatoes. Bake 10 minutes longer
