1 6 oz. pkg. orange jello
2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup mandarin orange liquid
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1 pint orange sherbet

Directions:
Directions:
Add boiling water to jello, stir until dissolved and add 3/4 cup liquid from oranges. When gelatin is just slightly set, add 1 pt. orange sherbet. Mix well. Add oranges and place in bowl or may be put in a mold, with oranges arranged on bottom. Invert mold to serve. Vanilla ice cream may be substituted for sherbet.
