9 oz. (approx. 1 1/2 cups) White Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter (divided)
9 oz. (approx. 1 1/2 cups) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup Lightly Salted Cocktail Peanuts (chopped)
60 Mini Paper or Foil Baking Cups

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange baking cups on a cookie sheet.
In a saucepan heat the white chocolate with 3/4 cup of peanut butter over low heat until smooth. Spoon into baking cups. (fill 1/2 way)
Refrigerate 10 minutes.
Heat semi-sweet chocolate chips with the remaining peanut butter until smooth. Spoon the warm chocolate over the cooled white chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with peanuts.
Refrigerate overnight. Store in airtight container.
