2 Cubes Margarine (Imperial)
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Cups Dark Brown Sugar (firmly packed)
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
6-7 Quarts Air Popped Popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add the honey, brown sugar and salt. Cook, stirring constantly until it boils. Turn heat to medium low for 5 minutes without stirring. Take off heat and add the vanilla and soda. Stir well. Pour caramel mixture over popped popcorn and stir well.
Put caramel corn on cookie sheets and bake in a 225 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
