2 packages flour tortillas, burrito sized

1 can chili without beans
1 can cheddar cheese soup (condensed)
1 can (4oz) chopped green chilies
16 oz package shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion, diced
1 Tbsp canola oil

2 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained (cook at home and bring to camp frozen in zip top bag)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in oil until soft in large pot. Then mix green chilies, chili, and cheese soup in a pot to heat through. Add cooked ground beef and stir well. Heat to boil and simmer 5 minutes.

Assemble burritos by adding approximately 3/4 cup filling and topping with 1 oz shredded cheese.

Serves 2 burritos for 8 people.
