1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. mashed ripe banana (2 to 3 med.)
1/3 c. chopped nuts (or more if you prefer)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour into a greased 9"x 5" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 min. Cool.
