1 Tbls. butter
1 cup celery, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
2 Tbls. green pepper, chopped
1/2 can (5 1/2 ounce) chow mein noodles
1 can tuna with liquid
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet. Add celery, onion, and green pepper; cook and stir until onion is tender. Reserving 1/4 cup chow mein noodles, stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into ungreased 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle reserved chow mein noodles over top. Bake @ 350 uncovered for 30 minutes.
