6 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and shredded
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup sharp cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Using your hands gently mix all of the above ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed corn flakes which have been tossed with melted butter. Also shredded cheese is good instead of corn flakes. Bake 30-40 minutes @ 350 or until bubbly.
