1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup water
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
4 soft tortillas (medium sized)
1- 3 oz. pkg. of enchilada sauce
3 oz. mozzarella cheese
3 oz. nacho cheese sauce
( more or less cheese is optional)

Cook hamburger meat in frying pan until done. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. When the meat is done drain then stir in taco seasoning and water. Heat until thick , stir often. Remove from the heat and add half of each cheese to meat mixture, mix well.
Place one tortilla into an ungreased 9" pie pan (glass or metal.) Layer 1/3 of meat mixture on top. Spread 1/4 enchilada sauce on layer. Repeat 2 times. Spread remaining cheese and enchilada sauce on the top of the lasagna.
Bake uncovered on center rack for 15 min.
