60 Ritz Crackers
Chunky Peanut Butter
1 Pkg. Chocolate Almond Bark

Directions:
Spread peanut butter onto the salted side of 30 crackers, and top with remaining crackers, salt side down.
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Dip each cookie into chocolate until coated. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet and put in refrigerator until chocolate if firm.

This works best if you put the cookie on a fork and then dip it in the chocolate. Use a knife to scrape off the excess chocolate. Then use the knife to slide the cookie onto the foil.
