1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine (softened)
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (firmly packed)
1 Large Egg (beaten)
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 Cups all-purpose Flour
3/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
36 Miniature Peanut Butter Cups

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and peanut butter at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugars, beating well. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, soda and salt; add to butter mixture, beating well. Shape cookie dough into 1-inch balls. Place in ungreased miniature (1 3/4-inch) muffin pans. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
Working rapidly place a peanut butter candy in each cookie. Cool completely in pans on wire rack.
