1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. granulated sugar
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Amaretto liqueur

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream, sugar, chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan. Simmer for 10 to 15 mins, until chocolate and butter are melted. Stir well, then whisk in the Amaretto. Serve warm or refrigerate until ready to use.
