8 slices of white bread
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
8 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 cups milk
dash cayenne pepper
green onions, 1 small bunch chopped
fresh mushrooms, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Butter bread slices and cut into 1 inch cubes. Place bread cubes into pan and sprinkle with cheese. Top with onions and mushrooms. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over the top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour covered, and then uncover and bake 5 minutes more to brown top.
