1 large loaf white sandwich bread
1 quart milk
1 dozen eggs
2 lbs. sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all crust from bread. Lightly spray Pam into a 9x13 pan. Put bread in bottom of pan fitting snugly. Thinly slice 1 lb. of cheese and place over bread. Cover with onions. Place another layer of bread fitting snugly. GRATE the other pound of cheese and put on top of bread. Pack down. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bread and cheese making sure the liquid covers all corners. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake @ 350 for 45 to 60 minutes.
