10 slices white bread. Remove crust, butter and cube
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1 quart whole milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Spray with Pam a 9x13 baking dish. Arrange bread cubes over bottom of dish. Sprinkle grated cheese over the bread. Whip together the milk, eggs, mustard and salt. Pour the liquid over the bread. Sprinkle bacon over the top. Place in the refrigerator covered overnight. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
